Our property is smoke-free. Please use the designated outdoor areas for smoking

Toilets

we kindly ask that only toilet paper goes down the loo. Please avoid flushing anything else or using large amounts at once, as it can cause blockages. A bin is provided for everything else.

Noise

Please respect the Peaceful environment by keeping noise levels down. Quiet hours from 22:00pm.

Heating and Cooling

To keep cosy during colder months, adjust the thermostat to your preferred temperature, consider using a sweater before raising the heat.
